UNDER 16 COED 4v4 THURSDAY LEAGUE

- Every Thursday night from July - August (~7 weeks)

- Athetes will either be 6:00pm or 7:20pm time slot depending on tier

- Each session will have 30 minutes of skills coaching with Coach Hannah and Coach Ru

- Followed by 30 minutes of gameplay

- Located at the Cavan Monaghan Community Center in Millbrook, ON

- $500 per team (One person per team signs up)

- $125 if signing up as an individual, we will find a team for you

- The goal of this program is to teach the fundaments and skills of beach volleyball, and enable them to be immediately applied during the gameplay portion. This way athletes are able to sharpen their skills and improve while having fun and competing
